　今回はどんな単語が書き取れましたか？「calendar（カレンダー）」「vacation（休暇）」「cottages（別荘）」「financial（財務上の）」「refreshed（リフレッシュした）」など、日本語としても普通に使われるような単語が沢山出てきました。これらの単語から内容を推測してみると…どうやら「社員が休暇に利用できる会社が保有している別荘に関しての利用方法や費用などの話」という内容のようですね。

Mr. Marufuji：Our company owns a cottage in a nice vacation area.
Employees are welcome to use it on weekends.

Ms. Evans：Quite a few companies have been selling their cottages.
Why don't you sell it?

Mr. Marufuji：Actually, we just lost a chance to sell it.

Ms. Evans：At first glance, it seems like a financial burden.
On the other hand, it is a nice perk.
It might be more cost effective than a salary increase.

Mr. Marufuji：You can see that it's fully booked this month.
The employees have a nice time and save money.
They always come back refreshed.

Ms. Evans：You've convinced me, Marufuji-san.
I just might propose this idea to my boss.
It could be a real morale booster.

Mr. Marufuji：I should warn you that there is a dark side.

Ms. Evans：What's that?

Mr. Marufuji：Well, you might run into your boss while on vacation.
